Customer service is aiming at tracking and maintaining the product during its whole life.

The Customer service team is available to :

  • answer questions related to the use of the devices,
  • make preventive maintainance,
  • repair in case of breakdown,
  • calibrate and adjust periodically.

All devices have a one year guarantee. But we also offer yearly maintainance contracts allowing budget savings and security of receiving a replacement device in case of long immobilization.
