Personal data protection

Personal data is any data which identifies a person, directly or indirectly. For example, you might give information such as your name, professional email address, or your professional phone number when requesting information or a quotation through the contact form on this web site.

We keep and use the data you type in the contact form to contact you, to answer your request for information or quotation and if need be, to establish a sales relationship.

On this web site, your personal data are collected through a contact form which we receive only if you gave your consent by checking the box available at the bottom of the form. Your request for information or quotation is then processed by our Sales department.

If your request for information or quotation is followed by a business relationship or an order, we keep your personal data to carry out the sales follow-up, billing, after-sales service, in compliance with TMI-Orion General sales conditions available on this web site.

Sharing personal data

TMI-Orion doesn't handle, host or transfer customer data to a country outside the European Union, or a country which has been deemed as "non adequate" by the European Commission, without prior information to the customer. Yet, TMI-Orion is free to select its technical subcontractors and business partners, provided that they offer sufficient guarantees regarding the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: n°2016-679).

TMI-Orion commits to undertake all necessary precautions to ensure the security of customer data, including to prevent access to non-authorized person. Yet, if an incident impacting the integrity or the confidentiality of the customer data is known by TMI-Orion, TMI-Orion will have to inform the customer in a timely manner and communicate the corrective actions undertaken. TMI-Orion does not collect any "sensitive" data.

The User's Personnal Data can be handled by TMI-Orion subsidiairies and subcontractors (service providers) exclusively for the aim of this policy.

Within the scope of their missions and for the aims described above, the main persons who may have access to www.tmi-orion.com User data are the employees of our Sales, Administrative and After-sale departments.
