レンガ、タイル、セラミックの乾燥プロセスにおける温度、湿度および伸縮の管理。

CeriDryは空気中の湿度と温度変化をレンガ、タイル、セラミックの伸縮と関連づけています。

また、同じレンガまたはタイルの2つの部分での乾燥の急性評価も可能です。

無線送信によるリアルタイムデータのバージョンも利用できます。 このオプションは、プロセスの管理を実装する方法です。

The CeriDry Split offers the same functions than the CeriDry, but it has been designed in two parts for a perfect flow of the hot air. This solution is designed for the drying of hollow bricks, but can be used in other drying processes

CeriDry Split

1 platinum temperature sensor
1 capacitive humidity sensor
Linear potentiometer shrinkage measurement, linked to the other set of sensors by a high temperature cable.

The CeriDry Mini Split has the same functions as the CeriDry Split, made in two parts for the perfect flow of hot air in the process. Its dimensions are reduced, with a shorter potentiometer and a small footprint designed for even more challenging locations where space is limited.
Optional custom mechanical fixtures based on customer application.
