Humidity and shrinkage
Process validation in ceramics, brick and tile industries.
TMI-Orion is offering two data loggers dedicated to brick industry and tile industry process validation during drying cycles.
- The CeriDry, with three channels for temperature, humidity and shrinkage measurement. This data logger is used at max temperature +140°C.
- The High-T-Dry, with two channels for shrinkage and temperature measurement. This data logger is used at max temperature +250°C. The remote electronic part is placed inside a thermal shield for operating temperatures beyond +125°C.
For temperature, humidity and shrinkage monitoring in drying processes of brick, tile and ceramics industry.
CeriDry correlates the evolution of humidity rate and air temperature with the shrinkage of bricks, tiles or ceramics while they dry. It also enables the acute evaluation of drying of a brick or tile.

CeriDry
High-T-Dry

Temperature and shrinkage control during the drying processes of ceramics, tiles, and bricks (up to +250°C).
The High-T-Dry correlates the temperature evolution with the shrinkage of bricks and tiles during the drying process.
