Connectivity and communication
TMI-Orion facilitates the use of recorded data with innovating solutions adapted to many environments.
TMI-Orion also has solutions to connect your loggers to company networks or Internet
The data acquired by the loggers can be downloaded to a PC either in real time and/or at the end of the process.
- Real time read out is possible with the radio or FullRadio options available with many of our data loggers
- After the process, reading the loggers memory is possible with a wired interface connected to any of our data loggers.
TMI-Orion solutions include:
- One or more embedded autonomous data loggers,
- Qlever Software, which allows the acquisition, visualization and analysis of measured data,
- A wired, radio or FullRadio communication interface,
- A thermal shield for processes in which the temperature exceeds the temperature to which the datalogger can be exposed.
Communication with the PC - Wired: Read at the end of the process

The communication with the PC is done through a special TMI-Orion USB communication interface:
- Mono USB interface (1 connection plug)
- MOUSB (6 connection plugs)
- Multi 12 USB 12 connection plugs)
The PC is equipped with Qlever software for logger setup and
process data collection, management and display.
Wired interface to the PC:
MOUSB (6 connectors)
The communication interface MOUSB is a device that links the data logger to the PC. The transmission is done both ways in order to set up the data loggers and read out the data. The model MOUSB is equipped with 6 connectors.

Wired interface to the PC:
Multi 12 USB (12 connectors)
The communication interface Multi 12 USB is a device that links the data logger to the PC. The transmission is done both ways in order to set up the data loggers and read out the data. The model Multi 12 USB is equipped with 12 connectors.

Wired interface to the PC:
Mono USB (1 connector)
The communication interface MOUSB is a device that links the data logger to the PC. The transmission is done both ways in order to set up the data loggers and read out the data. The model MONO USB is equipped with one connector.
Communication with the PC - Radio and FullRadio® : Real time reading of data
Radio Communication
The radio communication is designed for real time visualization and/or recording of data, through a radio transceiver connected to a PC.
Logger set up, start and stop are done through the USB communication interface described
FullRadio Communication
The FullRadio models are equipped
with a 2.4 GHz radio transceiver as a unique communication
interface. They are designed for remote setup and radio data
transmission, in real time or after the process, through a radio
transceiver connected to a PC.
The PC is equipped with Qlever software for logger setup and
process data collection, management and display.

The Radio Transceiver is a radio communication interface connecting the PC to TMI-Orion Radio and FullRadio dataloggers.
Operating with Qlever software, this interface allows remote and wireless setup and starting of FullRadio loggers, as well as real time or after the process data transmission and reading.

Radio communication interface to the PC: Radio transceiver
The USB Radio Transceiver is a radio 2.4 GHz communication interface connecting the PC to TMI-Orion radio or FullRadio data loggers.
As small as a USB flash drive, this interface operates with Qlever software for remote and wireless setup and starting of FullRadio loggers as well as real time or after the process data transmission and reading.
This device complies with European directive: Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/UE.
