CeriDry
Control of temperature, humidity and shrinkage in drying processes of bricks, tiles and ceramics.
CeriDry correlates the evolution of humidity rate and air temperature with the shrinkage of bricks, tiles or ceramics while they dry. It also enables the acute evaluation of drying of a brick or tile.
The CeriDry Split offers the same functions than the CeriDry, but it has been designed in two parts for a perfect flow of the hot air. This solution is designed for the drying of hollow bricks, but can be used in other drying processes.
The CeriDry Mini Split has the same functions as the CeriDry Split, made in two parts for the perfect flow of hot air in the process. Its dimensions are reduced, with a shorter potentiometer and a small footprint designed for even more challenging locations where space is limited.
Optional custom mechanical fixtures based on customer application.

CeriDry Mini Split
- 1 platinum temperature sensor,
- 1 capacitive humidity sensor,
- 1 linear potentiometer shrinkage measurement, linked to the other set of sensors by a connectable high temperature cable.

TMI-Orion solutions include:
- One or more embedded autonomous data loggers,
- Qlever Software, which allows the acquisition, visualization and analysis of mesured data,
- A wired, radio or FullRadio communication interface,
- A thermal shield when the process temperature exceeds the maximum temperature to which the data logger can be exposed.
