Most of the thermal processes of metals can be controlled by VACQ Flat or VACQ II thermocouple data loggers. Placed inside a thermal shield the logger can resist to temperature up to 1100°C. 4 to 16 thermocouples are spread around at critical points of the thermal process. The design for hermiticity can be customized as a function of the process environment (pressure, vacuum, gaz). The thermal profile and the process dimensions are key factors for defining the size and the shape of the thermal shield.

A real time data transmission is very often possible. Linked to a feedback loop on the process, this equipment has a tremendous return on investment.
