| Autoclave test requires simultaneous measurement of pressure and temperature in several points. For this purpose TMI-Orion has developped a series of pressure/temperature data loggers. Those products, named NanoVACQ and PicoVACQ, are measuring with the accuracy required by the international norms. The data loggers can be used individually. In this case they are useful for test during manufacturing or autoclave maintenance. If it is necessary to use several data loggers together, simultaneous programming and read out of all the data loggers are possible thanks to the multi-logger interface. If the user needs to get the measurement results in real time, he may want to use the NanoVACQ with radio transmission option. This software shows the plotting of the physical parameters (pressure, temperature) in real time on the PC display. A feedback loop to the autoclave supervisor makes a total control of the autoclave. For that, a cooperation between TMI-Orion and the autoclave manufacturer is recommended. Data processing is possible with xVACQ software. In case of operational qualification for medical sterilization, it is recommended to use ValiVACQ software, specially designed for getting a report compatible with the norm EN554 requirements. |
