CeriDry FM   

The CeridryFM data logger includes a humidity sensor, a temperature sensor and a  shrinkage sensor. It can be exposed to a temperature of 140°C (284°F). The sensors and the emitting antenna are fixed on a stainless steel plate.

 

 

 

 

The size of the mounting plate is 170 mm x 55 mm. The total height is arround 95 mm (including the antenna).

This is a 4 or 8 thermocouple data logger suitable for very narrow oven opening. Its height is 10 mm and it can be put inside a thermal shield as thin as 20 mm.

High T Dry
TMI-Orion is announcing the shipment, on April 2nd, 2008, of the first logger able to measure shrinkage and temperature inside ceramic dryers at 250°C. Specially designed for high temperature ceramic drying processes. This logger has a remote electronic inside a thermal shield when necessary

 

This announcement confirms the TMI-Orion presence in the brick and tile drying market with the well known CeriDry™.

NanoVACQ XFlat
TMI-Orion announces a new temperature data logger specially designed for those industries  that need recording inside extra flat spaces. Examples: material such as wood, plasterboard etc ...
Dimension: diameter 42mm, Height 7mm
The Pt1000 sensor can be internal or at the end of a probe (max 100 mm)

 

 

 Thermal shields

TMI-Orion is reinforcing its lign of standard thermal shields. Two new products have been announced:

  200°C, 2 hours, Diam 75 mm, L 220 mm
200°C, 45 mn, Diam 31 mm, L 130 mm

A PicoVACQ at 200°C, the NanoVACQ size !!

NanoVACQ and NanoVACQ 10hz

All the temperature and pressure/temperature models are now available in those two new versions.

The previous NanoVACQ's (type 2) are discontinued. Their maintenance, repair and calibration are continuing.

It is possible to use NanoVACQ's (type 2) and NanoVACQ's (type 3) on the same multi-logger interface.

All NanoVACQ's have now a start capability on temperature threshold

The NanoVACQ's 10 Hz have an acquisition rate up to
10 per second on each one of the 3 channels.

Specially designed for very harsh industrial environment.  

 

 


New communication interface - The Single USB

TMI-Orion is announcing a new communication interface. This USB wired interface allows the connection between the PC and one data logger. It can be connected directly to the USB port or with a supplied extension cord. This interface is powered by the USB port. There is no more need to use an external power supply. A virtual serial port must be installed at the first use with a "driver", Vista 32bit compatible, in order to be able to use the TMI-Orion softwares. A LED detects the power and two LED's show the flow of data between the PC and the logger.
