Manufacturing of mechanical or electrical parts often come together with heat treaments - dry heat, autoclave -or humidity controlled processes. TMI-Orion offers a wide range of data loggers suitable to control these processes.

NanoVACQ and PicoVACQ product lines demonstrate a large quantity of different sizes or probe shapes, which can also be customized. When temperature exceeds +150°C, TMI-Orion develop on demand the thermal shield that fits the application.

GLASS

Temperature and pressure treatment in autoclave for laminated glass, polymerization during the manufacturing of safety glass.

NanoVACQ PT Tc 15 bar
NanoVACQ PT Tc has one pressure sensor and one temperature sensor.
The 15 bar version is used in the glass industry treatments.

RUBBER

Air flow, humidity and temperature control during rubber drying, temperature and pressure treatment in autoclave.

NanoVACQ Ad measures air flow velocity and temperature inside dryers and ovens. The wheel air flow sensor is connectable and can be associated with one flexible or rigid temperature probe.

NanoVACQ HT Td has one humidity sensor and one or two remote sensors in order to measure humidity and temperature simultaneously.

 15.jpg  QLEVER software, developped by TMI-Orion, allows data reading and processing. It is compatible with the radio transmission version and can be linked to a process control system.
