AUTOCLAVE PROCESSES
Pressure and Temperature measurement inside autoclaves during shaping process of glass sheets, rubber parts, composite materials. (windshields, flexible pipes, fuel tank)
MATERIAL MANUFACTURING
High temperature heat treatments in material manufacturing can be controlled by the VACQ III and VACQ xFlat with cutomized thermal shield. Examples: technical ceramics, coating, polymerization, powders...
HIGH PRESSURE
Most of the TMI-Orion data loggers are made with stainless steel 316L and most of them are watertight at high pressure. Therefore they are very resistant to harsh industrial environment.
REDUCED SPACES
The NanoVACQ XFlat (7mm) is a data logger specially designed for use inside thin spaces like wood, plaster boards and many more narrow spaces.
RESISTANT TO LOW pH
Monitoring temperature inside a liquid container, even at low pH, becomes possible with the i-VACQ. This logger is able to transmit data through a non metallic surface and then there is no need to get the logger out of the container to retrieve data.
SPRAYS
Spray industy needs temperature and pressure tests during the filling operation. The PicoVACQ data logger fits the small dimensions of most of the spray packaging and enable the manufacturer to monitor the manufacturing process and to comply with the manufacturing norms. The use of the PVQ/PT model with pressure and temperature sensors is recommended thanks to its small diameter (15 mm) and its small volume.
