Resolutely committed to ISO 9001 Quality, TMI-Orion does all the most
to satisfy its customers during product life. Important investments are
made to maintain an assistance around the world.

There are two repair and calibration centers: Montpellier (France) and
Dulles (Virginia, USA). An additional center is being developped in Tianjin (China).
Calibration labs are planned in other countries.

Technical assistance consists in :
- advising the customer during the use of TMI-Orion data loggers,
- repairing products under guaranty or maintainance contract, if none, repairs are billed
- calibrating,
- adjusting.

It is important to TMI-Orion that all the devices of each customer are properly maintained.
A total traceability of the loggers during their lifes is kept in our management system.
