These loggers have been developped for transmitting data in real time but also for recording data as any data logger. They have the same temperature specifications as the standard loggers. The NanoVACQ's FM have the same diameter than the standard NanoVACQ but they can be longer depending on the temperature range and the batteries expected life time. Several frequency bands are available to fit different countries regulations.
The new generation of NanoVACQ Radio by TMI-Orion uses 2.4GHz bandwidth. TMI-Orion experience in the field of real time data transmission is consolidated by the evolution of its offer of 433MHz/915MHz devices to new 2.4GHz bandwidth. A wide range of loggers is offered in ISM transmitting bandwidth (without license) and is aimed at various application fields, among which sterilization, freeze-drying, pasteurization or long reach transmissions for industrial ovens... The NanoVACQ radio loggers use the technology based on norm IEEE 802.15.4, which enables to manage various loggers in the same space with higher sampling rate. The lower layers of the norm also allow better radio transmission between the loggers and the receiving base station connected to the computer.
In order to answer a large number of applications, TMI-Orion NanoVACQ Radio are equipped with a connectable antenna. A special connector ensures water tightness on a large range of pressure and vacuum, as well as better radio wave data transmission conditions. The receiving base station can be connected either directly by USB, or using a long distance connection RS485 type, or even using an Ethernet connection. This range of I/O's allows integrating the system in complex configurations.
Real time data visualization and interpretation is done with QLEVER, a new software by TMI-Orion. Receiving and analyzing the data is done through its smart and user friendly interface.
Radio FM transmission
Most of the NanoVACQ's, VACQ II and VACQ Flat are available in FM version. This version enables a real time data transmission and thus enables a quick control of the processes. The transmisson can be done in a humid environment like autoclave or at very high temperature like ceramic oven.
GPS
For any applications needing a remote real time monitoring, TMI-Orion offers the opportunity to follow the evolution of live data measurement and the data logger location while the logger is moving. This feature is specially useful during transportation.
